Top Of Industry Pay
At Big Ben’s Moving Company, we believe in rewarding our team members for their hard work and dedication. We offer top-of-the-industry pay, ensuring that you are compensated fairly and competitively for your skills and commitment. Starting at $18/hr after 30 days of commitment, you are raised to $20/hr. You can then get your DOT med-card and be raised to $21/hr. With other raises offered based on performance.

We provide our team members with the freedom to tailor their schedules to fit their needs. With flexible scheduling options, you can choose the days that work best for you, allowing for a better work-life balance and greater convenience.

Our Opportunities
Pro Mover - Starting at $18/hr
As a mover at Big Ben’s Moving Company, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring our clients’ belongings are transported safely and efficiently to their new destination.
As a member of our moving team, you’ll be responsible for:
- Packing and unpacking household or office items with care and precision.
- Safely loading and unloading furniture, boxes, and other items onto our moving trucks.
- Transporting belongings to their destination, whether it’s a local move within St. George, UT, or a cross-country relocation.
- Assembling and disassembling furniture as needed to ensure a smooth transition for our clients.
- Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the moving process.
