JAKE was our lead man and he was so quick-minded, organized, kind and patient not only with us as clients, but also with his crew. He was very insightful on what was first and what was next and how it would all go together. It was so hot at the end of May, but Jake did not slow down all day and into the evening when they drove out to the storage facility to unload and put things into the units. The next day, when we came to look at our units, we were amazed to see how neat and clean & well-organized all our boxes and items were! In our 10 x 30 unit, they had even created a full walkway down the middle for us to see clearly what was stored & neatly stacked on each side. "Putting all our stuff" into storage units is Not what happened here. Our things were not "stuff" to Jake and his team, but were "our treasured belongings" and were treated with care and respect! Brian, Justice, Jayden and Big John were respectful of our home and belongings. They treated our stuff like it was their own. They had two 10x20 storage units empty and unloaded into our home in about 3 hours! They were willing to help out in any way I wanted.
