How to File a Paris Storage Unit Claim
If you have our Tenant Protection added to your unit, and you need to file a claim, just follow the easy steps below.
- 1. Notify Big Ben’s Onsite manager.
- 2. Take pictures of the damage to your items and the damage to the storage unit. Please take pictures of the source of the damage if possible. DO NOT throw anything away, even debris, wait until you speak with the claims specialist.

- 4. For claims involving theft or other crimes, please have a police officer visit the unit to file a police report.
